PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
This private medical insurance or comprehensive health insurance cover reimburses all of your medical expenses in the event of illness, accident or hospitalisation:
- ROUTINE MEDICAL TREATMENT (consultations, tests, X-rays, medicines, dental treatment etc.) reimbursed at 100% of the French Social Security’s Tarif de Convention.
Eg. A reimbursement of € 22.00 for a consultation with a GP.
- SURGERY AND HOSPITALISATION EXPENSES reimbursed at 100% of the French Social Security’s Tarif de Convention.
- DAILY BENEFIT in the event of hospitalisation of 4 or more consecutive nights. (€ 40.00 per day from the 4th to the 50th consecutive night in hospital and € 80.00 per day from the 51st to the 365th consecutive night in hospital).
- ORTHODONTICS AND DENTURES reimbursed at 250% of the Tarif de Convention.
- OPTICAL LENSES reimbursed at 300% of the Tarif de Convention.
- ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES REIMBURSED: homeopathy, osteopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic.
- LUMP SUM FOR BIRTH OR ADOPTION: € 274.00.
- FUNERAL EXPENSES: € 1,524.00.
- PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER: Lump sum of € 30,000 and funeral expenses of € 5,000 in the event of accidental death.
- FAMILY RATE: Monthly premium of € 649.77 for an insured family group comprising 2 adults and 2 or more children under 21 years of age.
- PREMIUM FREE from the third child onwards.
- 5% DISCOUNT for annual payment of your private health insurance.
