Whatever your health insurance needs, the OPALE health insurance contract should be able to meet your requirements with its three flexible cover options:
OPTION 1 - 100% COVER:
OPALE 100% reimburses all of your medical expenses (hospitalisation, everyday medical treatment, etc.) resulting from illness or accident at 100% of the French Social Security's conventional rate (200% for orthodontics, dentures and lenses for glasses).
FAMILY RATE: Premium of € 501.56 per month for an insured family group comprising 2 adults and 2 or more children of less than 21 years of age.

OPTION 2 - HOSPITALISATION COVER:
Cover for all hospitalisation expenses only further to an illness or accident at 100% of actual expenses (see summary of general conditions and table of benefits).

OPTION 3 - TOP-UP COVER with 2 optional levels of cover:
Designed for everyone, the top-up option provides for the reimbursement of the remainder of the cost of treatment (usually around 30%) after partial reimbursement by the French Social Security or other basic medical insurance scheme. It offers a supplementary reimbursement ranging from 100% up to 400% of the French Social Security's conventional rate depending on the level of cover chosen. No medical questionnaire
